a) When visiting the website (Server Log Files)

When you access our website, the following data is automatically collected and temporarily stored in log files:

Purpose: Ensuring the technical provision, system security and stability of the website.

Retention period: Until automatic deletion (usually a few days, maximum 7–30 days).

b) Contact form

When you contact us via the contact form, we collect the data you enter (in particular name, email address, message and, if applicable, telephone number).

Purpose: Processing your inquiry, arranging appointments or providing consultation.
Legal basis: Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR (pre-contractual measures / contract performance).
Retention period: Your data will be stored for as long as it is necessary to process your request.

The data is used exclusively for processing your inquiry and is not used for advertising or other purposes.


Disclosure of Data

Your personal data will only be passed on to the following parties:

  • Webflow, Inc. (USA) as a technical service provider (hosting and form processing). The data transfer to the USA is safeguarded by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (Adequacy Decision of the EU Commission of July 2023). Webflow acts as a processor in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR.

Data will not be passed on to any other third parties unless you have expressly consented or we are legally obliged to do so (e.g. to authorities).


Google Maps Links

Our website contains links to Google Maps for the addresses of our showrooms. When you click on these links, data (including your IP address) is transmitted to Google. This only happens after you actively click on the link.

We only use technically necessary cookies that are required for the operation of the website (e.g. Webflow session cookies for form functions and security).

We do not use analysis, tracking, marketing or personalization cookies.  We use self-hosted fonts (no external calls).
